WHERE THE NAME CAME FROM
A detective for the data age.
Michael Munson introduced the idea of Inspector Clouseau from The Pink Panther: a detective who keeps looking, follows unexpected clues and brings a very human personality to the investigation.
Cluzy takes a wink from Clouseau—not the character, but the spirit of curious investigation. Your data can be scattered, outdated and confidently wrong. Cluzy helps you look closer without making the experience cold, scary or full of jargon.
The name gave the product a personality: observant, skeptical, persistent and willing to say when something does not add up.
