Deletion is specific, not magical. It may not remove copies held elsewhere or stop a record from returning.
Why it matters
A successful request should say what was removed, from which system and whether any information was retained for legal or operational reasons.
What you can do
Keep the confirmation, note the date and check again later. A source may refresh its records or another company may still hold a separate copy.
